The School was inaugurated in 1976 by the then President of the Trust Mr. J.H. Tarapore, B.E.,E.I.E., and is managed by the Venkatesapuram Tarapore Educational Trust.
In the beginning the Strength of the school was about 200 and it has been increased to about 700 Students.
